About Marios Pagonis

Marios Pagonis was born in Athens, Greece in 1991. He fell in love with stories when he was still a child listening to his grandfather make up whole sagas about a legendary spy to help him fall asleep. That love only grew when he discovered the amazing world of fantasy and science fiction, and he honed his English so that he could get lost in the worlds woven by authors from all around the world reading their books in their own words.

Now, his head is full of stories that can’t wait to be told, and worlds that long to be explored, inhabited by gods and heroes, who are sometimes larger than life, and other times just normal, flawed men and women striving in their unique circumstances.

He lives in the Greek capital with his wife, who is his pillar of support, untiring editor, and excellent hype woman. His biggest enemy is time, as there are too many stories to write and he has but one pair of hands to type with.
